Becoming International Code Council certified in one or more professional categories represents a significant accomplishment that offers national recognition of your achievement; increased earning and career advancement potential; and proof of your knowledge, technical expertise and commitment to protect public health safety and welfare.

Most Code Council examinations are open to all individuals with no prerequisite for experience or education. Code Council certification should be used as one of several measures of an individual�s qualifications when screening applicants for a position.
